Called them about replacing my engine oil pressure sensor. They gave me an estimate for parts and labor that was a bit more affordable than the dealership that I always go to. But they told me before they went into replacing parts, they would run diagnostics first to make sure everything was working fine. After everything was said and done, they told me that everything was running fine and that they ran the system through a full battery of diagnostics. The fault code I got could have been from having my oil cooler assembly recently replaced. They cleaned up the oil cooler area from the work the previous shop had left behind and topped off my oil. These folks were so gracious, and they really helped me make sure my vehicle was running in good condition. The only thing I could possibly gripe about is the delay in starting the work, but attribute that to them being busy from all the people looking for their services. Great group of people that I would gladly return to. Thank you to you all.

Phenomenal experience! I took my 2012 Camaro SS to a quick lube for an oil change. Biggest mistake of my life and paid the price for it, leading to catastrophic engine failure. I was so devastated that I probably lost my vehicle but Mike calmed me down and told me not to worry. Honest-1 has so much knowledge and resources and illustrated it by getting one of the few rebuilt L99 crate engines in the country with 0 miles, and retrieving all other necessary parts with ease. They’ve even reinstalled my supercharger with no issues, even with the manufacturer being bought out by roush and realigned my vehicle with no charge! Don’t want to over-exaggerate this review, but I truly thank God for Honest-1. They’re fast, respectful, transparent and above all masters of their craft. If you’re looking for a universal competent auto shop in the Clarksville area, Honest-1 is the route to go and I would recommend them to anybody any day!

I’ll start by saying rarely do I leave reviews. Do not recommend this place at all. They quoted me 7 total hours of labor for a headlight bulb replacement and TPMS sensor install. About $800 worth and I even took the liberty of providing them the parts. The TPMS install was $10 at discount tire for the exact same service. And bulb replacement was $60 at import auto but I ended up doing it myself. They tried to tell me that the entire front bumper had to come off for the bulb replacement when there is a panel behind the tire that specifically comes off for headlight bulb replacement. At first I tried to trust them but the prices just seemed a little high and was very disappointed after calling other shops and them telling me how outrageous the prices were. Was almost highway robbery and I’m glad I avoided it. Apart from that I was scheduled for a coolant flush and refill and timing belt replacement, when I called 3 hours later to check on the estimated pickup time they told me that the vehicle was ready and they didn’t have the proper vacuum/fitting for the coolant flush. So who knows how long my vehicle was sitting ready to go. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Honest 1 management or whoever reads this, do better than that for your future customers

The service was beyond what I expected and just the little things that they paid attention to was enough for me to definitely drive hours to have them service my vehicle again. They took pictures along the way and told me what was wrong before they even started the work. The invoice had photos to prove that they actually laid hands on that particular item. They gave recommendations of work that was not serious but will need to be addressed at a later date. They are the Chick-fi-la of mechanic shops to me.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and made a change based on the results. The next day my check engine light turned back on. Matt and the team gave me a complimentary diagnostic and set me off on the right foot. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer.
