After spending thousands of dollars in repairs I get home to check my vehicle for all the work that was done and find my truck is almost 7 quarts low on oil and I requested on my third trip to this place that my lock in clips for my spark plugs be replaced after they were not re installed after a tune up 3 are missing , my engine is vibrating and making a rattling sound with the first crank and cant drive it over 50 mph due to another pvc valve issue, now I need a new engine and DEFINITELY will never come here again 5/23 Response to owner I own the 2013 silver F-150 and spent well over $10,000 in repairs if im not in your system you took me out I have receipts to prove I was there and I will say it again I WILL NEVER COME BACK lol I'm not in your system I'll be adding photos here shortly

There is nothing in your review that is jogging our memory of you doing business with us, under this name or these circumstances. Otherwise we have no way of knowing what you are talking about. Honest-1 Team 5/24/24 - Maybe you should show the name on the invoices you posted so everyone can see that WE were being honest about not seeing "Frank Coleman" in our system. You accused us of "taking you out" of the system...lol Honesty is the best policy Frank or "Danny", you should try it. We changed "Danny's" oil and oil pan gasket, along with other work on 10/27/23 (7 months ago). "Danny" came back in on 11/09/23 and 2/23/24 for more work on other issues with the vehicle and he did NOT note anything about oil loss or leakage. "Danny' did not make any complaints about the work we had done so we could address them under our warranty. Why not? It is important to note that "Danny's" vehicle does have 205,000 miles. We are sorry your vehicle is having issues, and we have stated that we will cover (under warranty) any issues associated with our repairs. If your concerns were with the work we have done you would be addressing us face to face and using our warranty and not hiding behind your keyboard using a different name.
