Went in for an alignment. Ending up not needing it. Alignment was just fine.

Loved the service, the people there are mad nice and i had a problem with my TPMS hitting my brakes, the guy at the front desk came up with a idea to help, the idea worked and didn’t charge me to put it on! I will be coming back!

Took my car into Firestone (Fort Campbell Blvd) and was told they could not do an alinement until I paid extra money for tie rods to be replaced. Something sounded off. Went to Honest-1 and got my alignment done in under an hour with no extra parts or charges (and no tie rods) and for much less than the price quoted by Firestone.

We were on vacation and having car issues. They readily welcomed us in and gave a thorough diagnostic. Being from out of town and in a hurry, they could have easily cheated me and told me I needed all types of work done but instead they told me everything was fine and the diagnostics found nothing wrong except for a minor tuneup that could help. They definitely stuck to the name of Honest. They were very respectful too. I’m very impressed and my car ran smoother after the quick fix.

Honest-1 helped in a time of need! Our Jeep quit running and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Took it to them and in less than 24 hours, they provided a 30-point maintenance checklist showing everything wrong. It took them less than a week to fix everything that was critical to get us back on the road and enjoying our Jeep!
