LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They tell you like it is!! No trying to up sell you! They tell you what you need to do to keep your car running happy and healthy and what needs to happen soon or down the road! I love it! It helps us prepare for up coming costs and budget accordingly, and keep our cars running great! Front desk guy Matt is awesome and communicates what we need so well with knowledge as to WHY! Mechanic Danny working in the shop is trustworthy and thinks safety above sales for all who ride in the vehicles! This is an EXCELLENT SHOP and highly recommended this over any others, anywhere!!!

Never once had an issue with this place until recently and it was a big one. Went about 2 weeks ago for an oil change, the guy at the desk informed me that all was good however if any issues came up to come back. Fast forward to yesterday, on vacation in SC with my boyfriend before I PCS to Korea and was heading home and my check engine light started flashing and my car stopped running any faster than 60 mph. Pulled over to figure out the issue (turned out to be a recall issue) and in the process discovered my oil pan was cracked and was leaking oil bad enough it couldn’t be driven. Had it towed to a Hyundai Dealership and when they looked at it today they informed me that the people who did the oil change last had cracked the oil pan when tightening it and fixed it just enough where it wasn’t super obvious. Unfortunately they were unable to get parts until tomorrow so we are stuck in a random town for another day. This has costed be not only $650 in hotels, parts, and rentals but 2 days of leave I was supposed to spend with family before I go overseas for a year. Very disappointed and even more so upset I can’t even go and argue this with this dealership as I am leaving the US. Editing this review: Tucker replied to my review very quickly and was able to help me out with the costs of repairs with just some photos of paperwork. Unfortunately anywhere you go will have mistakes made but it’s rare to find someone who will take initiative to fix them to the best of their abilities. Thank you to Tucker.

We have a 3 year nationwide warranty to cover any work we do, and if given the opportunity we could have helped solve this problem and covered the repair. Even though we weren't given that opportunity, we are sorry about the inconvenience you went through and we are still willing to help with your repair costs. I love these guys!!! Told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in no time! Great hospitality as well. I recommend these guys for all car needs especially a/c issues.

I came in for a tail light issue that Jiffy Lube said they couldn’t get the bulb out with in minutes they had it taken care. Definitely friendly and great customer service. I have brought my vehicles here before but will not go anywhere else after today
