I’ll start by saying rarely do I leave reviews. Do not recommend this place at all. They quoted me 7 total hours of labor for a headlight bulb replacement and TPMS sensor install. About $800 worth and I even took the liberty of providing them the parts. The TPMS install was $10 at discount tire for the exact same service. And bulb replacement was $60 at import auto but I ended up doing it myself. They tried to tell me that the entire front bumper had to come off for the bulb replacement when there is a panel behind the tire that specifically comes off for headlight bulb replacement. At first I tried to trust them but the prices just seemed a little high and was very disappointed after calling other shops and them telling me how outrageous the prices were. Was almost highway robbery and I’m glad I avoided it. Apart from that I was scheduled for a coolant flush and refill and timing belt replacement, when I called 3 hours later to check on the estimated pickup time they told me that the vehicle was ready and they didn’t have the proper vacuum/fitting for the coolant flush. So who knows how long my vehicle was sitting ready to go. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Honest 1 management or whoever reads this, do better than that for your future customers

The service was beyond what I expected and just the little things that they paid attention to was enough for me to definitely drive hours to have them service my vehicle again. They took pictures along the way and told me what was wrong before they even started the work. The invoice had photos to prove that they actually laid hands on that particular item. They gave recommendations of work that was not serious but will need to be addressed at a later date. They are the Chick-fi-la of mechanic shops to me.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and made a change based on the results. The next day my check engine light turned back on. Matt and the team gave me a complimentary diagnostic and set me off on the right foot. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer.

When my daughter needed a new transmission, Matt patiently worked with me to find a quality rebuild, with a warranty. They even helped me get the vehicle on a transport hauler back to NJ after it was repaired.
