As a woman I’m always leery when taking my car in for service. My appointment was for a $1000+ service that after inspection, the service writer said I didn’t need. I did get some recommendations for future maintenance on my high mileage car. Everything was fully explained and put in writing which is a credibility builder and great for planning. The facility is clean and comfortable and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I will be back!

Just had my 2012 Volvo S60 worked on - replaced both front hub wheel bearings. I am thrilled with the excellent repair. And free shuttle. And extra kind, courteous employees who patiently, completely answered all my questions. I have always gone to Volvo of Nashville for service, but I needed this work done quickly - Nashville was out at least a month. Read various reviews and decided to try Honest 1 - so glad I did! Honest 1's work was great, has a longer warranty, is less expensive than the dealership, and had a much quicker availability. Highly recommend Honest 1 Clarksville. I will be back! PS - my Service Advisor Michael was simply wonderful.

Staff was friendly. The wait wasn't extremely long. The prices are a bit high but so is living expenses so I understand - plus the parts are under warranty for 3yrs or 36,000 mi.

Caution against taking your vehicle here. I brought in my car for an oil change, and brought my toddler with me. They broke the oil dipstick in half during the oil change. They offered to go buy me a replacement, but said that I would have to pay for it. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I was distracted with my child. I should have fought for Honest-1 Auto to pay for the replacement since they broke the oil dipstick, it would have been the honest thing to do. This place should be called "Dis-honest Auto". We are taking our vehicle service needs elsewhere.
