Single ladies.... Listen up! We have found the best place to take our vehicle to be serviced. I went in for brakes and rotors all the way around. Imagine my surprise when they said "Ma'am you do not need brakes!" They could have said they changed them and didn't or just did the service without telling me I didn't need to them. This is the kind of honesty that you just can't find these days. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I have found the only place that will service my vehicle from now on.

Nice and friendly,but slow...

Went here and told them my brakes needed repaired they said ok and decided to run a diagnostic to find exactly what’s wrong, they said it was my ABS system and that it needed to be replaced they kept my car for near 2 weeks and apparently didn’t actually know how to replace the system, they messed my car up even more and when I took it back they said it was my fault I wasn’t more specific about what needed to be fixed and refused to actually fix it or give me my money back. Never go here would give 0 stars if I could 🤮

We moved to TN from CO and about wore our little Kia Soul out in the process. I have never experienced a garage so willing to break down TO THE CENT what services I need, why I need them, who would be performing them, and even listing them in the order of "Needs to be done immediately" down to "this can wait awhile." It was so nice to not be slapped with a $1400 bill and only hoping that what needed to be fixed would be. I'll never go to another garage. They put paper down on the floor of my (frankly disgusting) vehicle to keep shoe marks off of it. And left me a bag of Fritos. And didn't mention how trashy my car was after the move. That's service.

I was told yesterday it would be around 169 after taxes for an alignment on my jeep that had a 2” spacer lift installed. I came in at my scheduled time and also asked if they could reconnect the ebrake to the rear tires which is about a 5 minute task at most. After 1 hour and 40 minutes they called me. I was anticipating it being a call to say the jobs complete. Instead it was to say to do the alignment and reattached the brake was going to be close to 500. Of course I said absolutely not and that I would take the 5 minutes and reconnect the ebrake later. When I asked about the alignment they had not even started it. So, almost two hours of my time, gone. For nothing. They said I could bring it back later. Can you tell me why I would do that?! Maybe if they offered 50 percent for a complete waste of time. Yes they apologized but I just couldn’t believe how this went down. They knew I was on a time crunch and didn’t think to update me or say sorry we messed up and should reschedule. Places like this never take into consideration how valuable your time may or may not be on certain days or what ripple effects are sometimes in these circumstances. Be very careful going here. Not so honest after all.

Having recently moved to Tennessee I’ve used other auto repair businesses and was very dissatisfied with them. My neighbor suggested I call Honest 1 where he takes his car. I bought my truck used last November and knew it would be needing maintenance sooner than later. Well the fuel pump assembly went out and needed to be replaced. I first called the Dodge dealership who quoted a very high price in my opinion. After speaking with Brian at Honest 1 he suggested I drop it off on Sunday night and they would fit it in the work schedule asap. I wasn’t expecting a call on Tuesday morning saying I could pick my truck up that evening! I also received an email which included a comprehensive and very thorough inspection of my truck and all the recommended service. There was zero pressure for me to authorize repairs and they did only what I asked. Great customer service and they have a new customer for all three of my vehicles! I would highly recommend their business. Thanks Honest 1!!

Love honest one auto repair, in Clarksville Tennessee. I had my 2013 Hyundai repairs done here. last year 2021they fixed my air condition, replaced a handle on my driver side door and replaced one of my brake lights- amazing work-this year 2022 my car was jumping so bad I was afraid to drive it. I considered a trade in- but took it honest one and they once again fixed it, replacing all my ignition wires- the engine light is off and my car runs like the day I bought it. Thank you honest one for all the efforts you made on my Hyundai 2013. I even got a ride home from one of the mechanics while my car was being worked on-what a relief. Peace of mind worth every penny.
