Had issues that Firestone could not resolve due to lack of any AC Techs at their shop. Honest-1 did a full rundown of my vehicle and addressed the AC issues I was having as well as a problem with my bearings on one axle. I did not ask for this type of inspection - I am glad they found it but unsure what their procedures entail that resulted in a full vehicle inspection. Matt and Austin are very good about keeping you informed and were excellent customer service reps. So far so good - for the first time in over a year I had to turn my AC down because I was getting cold. Pros: Professional service, timely communication, swift resolution of mechanical issues. They also offer a military discount which greatly helped ease the pain in the level of cost for this repair…I know it is not an entitlement so it is always graciously received when I am offered one. Cons: Did they really need to do a full vehicle inspection, knowing I was there for AC issues and then they additionally find an issue with my wheel bearings? My poor wallet still hurts but at least those matters are fixed. Overall, I am pleased with the services and repairs rendered thus far. I will update if anything changes. Air conditioning sure felt great today.

I will start by saying the staff behind the desk seem extremely friendly to start however this place is an absolute joke. The manager or owner whomever it was I had the displeasure of speaking with today over the issues I experienced has ZERO customer service skills. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic while explaining the issue and telling them to begin with I had a feeling it was either the alternator or starter. I’m no stranger to working on my own vehicles but with my husband deploying the same day I needed an extra set of hands to work on it especially if my suspicions were accurate. They called me Monday after I dropped it off on a Friday which their timing was decent but quoted me 937 dollars for JUST the alternator not including labor or the diagnostic fee. When I had an issue with this price and brought to their attention even mopar certified original parts cost almost half of what they were trying to charge for aftermarket parts was met with hostility and rudeness. I turned to the service technician to ask him if he was even sure it was the alternator and asked if he had even attempted to by pass the alternator to see how everything else ran and was told and I quote “you can’t by pass an alternator” again as I stated absolutely so stranger to working on my own vehicles however clearly their technicians are. Unless you like being charged double to triple the price for parts and labor and have hands within your vehicle that don’t even understand the mechanics of said vehicle I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Oh and before he comes on here with a response I will let the public know he did not charge me the diagnostic fee when I told him I would be going else where so you can count that as your one star I suppose. Edited to add: Since they like to flex their warranty understand your dealer at least any dodge dealer offers 2 year UNLIMITED mile warranty on ALL work and LABOR. Oh and PSA they fully change their responses to reviews after their hot head owner gets control over his anger responses. Their original response to my review was a direct jab taken from my personal Facebook page and I absolutely have screenshots 😉

Would not recommend this establishment. Called seven different places in Clarksville and after getting multiple quotes/info, Honest-1 was trying to charge me double compared to other establishments. They charged me $235 for a diagnostic, and wanted to charge me $2,215 on top of that, to get my a/c fixed. I understand mark up, but this is just extreme. Would not recommend this establishment.

They have great coupons on oil changes and service

Christian based mechanic. They are honest and upfront. Yes upselling is a normal practice but it's also every where else to. The use of a coupon i didn't know about was not expected but appreciated.

After replacing the power steering rack & pinion (see picture of pinion to be attached to steering yoke), both tie rods, the power steering pump & fluid, the high pressure fluid line and one of the sub frame bushings for my preparation to have a four wheel alignment, on 6/9/2022, Honest -1 Technician "RB", took 2 hours doing what I consider a perfect alignment. However, my Service Advisor, "MS" only charged me $89.95 for this alignment. Honest -1 conformed to GM's specification for my 1999 Buick LeSabre Limited with an odometer reading 144,118.

I love Honest 1, the staff is great and they always do a good job on my vehicles. I’ve been going to Honest 1 for 4 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a nice waiting area with snacks, drinks, a tv and a play area for the kids too. Really helps keep my little ones entertained while we wait.

EDIT: 6 months after having our front brakes and rotors done, we had to have them done again because the parts used were substandard. After 2 months, my husband and I noticed very loud squeaking and grinding when braking. One of the bolts holding the rotor in place was stripped and subsequently, the rotor was loose. The brake pad had a chip in it as well. He replaced the pads and we thought all was well. Unfortunately, My van was still shaking and grinding so hard when braking, and the only thing the dealership could find was that the rotors were full of grooves, after 6 months with new parts. I still think they were a friendly shop, and my oil change experiences were good, but unfortunately, using parts that weren’t high quality ended up costing me another $450 today. We love Honest-1! They have worked on both of our vehicles and each experience has been pleasant. Everyone is friendly, thorough, and the prices are great for the work they do! It’s going to sound really cliché of me to say, but they are truly honest in what your vehicle needs and there were no hidden prices on anything.

Had my vehicle serviced here, pretty good folks they were very busy at the time and kept my vehicle about 3 days but overall a very good job.
