Caution against taking your vehicle here. I brought in my car for an oil change, and brought my toddler with me. They broke the oil dipstick in half during the oil change. They offered to go buy me a replacement, but said that I would have to pay for it. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I was distracted with my child. I should have fought for Honest-1 Auto to pay for the replacement since they broke the oil dipstick, it would have been the honest thing to do. This place should be called "Dis-honest Auto". We are taking our vehicle service needs elsewhere.

Was charged 232 just for them to run some diagnostics test for them to tell me I need a new cooling system. I felt taken to the cleaners for the price they wanted to charge me to fix my car as a single mom just trying to get my vehicle fix my cooling system I bought my parts which were 132 dollars and will let someone else put the parts on my vehicle. They wanted to charge me 1188 I'll try to get it fixed for a cheaper price.

Had some troubles with my wheel alignment while I was on a cross-country road trip - big yikes! Luckily, I ended up at Honest-1 Auto Care. They squeezed me in last minute without an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and had the part ordered within an hour. They were quick, efficient, and very trustworthy with my car. I'm so appreciate of their work getting me back on the road during my trip! Thank you!

My car shut off while sitting 3 times in one month. Which was not normal at all. Bounced around to different places simply to see if they took my warranty or could get me in for a diagnostic. Both were dead ends seeing that I needed to know the issue right then and there and appointments were weeks out. Gave up, gave Honest 1 a call. Found out they partner with the dealership I got my car from, and went from there. The gentleman that picked up each time I called was more than helpful. Explained what was wrong and how my assumption was wrong. Pinpointed what they were going to do. Came up on another issue a few days later. Same day had that part ordered and on its way. I’m very pleased with my visit and to this day my car runs like she does when I first got her! Thank you guys.

Honestly, STAY AWAY from this place. First off they will schedule you an appointment but won't even look at your car for 3-4 days after your scheduled apt. They are far from honest, they lie and will waste your time and money.

Very satisfied. Will be completing my repairs on Aug 17th. Communication was great. Everything spelled out. All personnel extremely personable.
