My engine started making a loud clunking noise in Clarksville and was lucky enough to be right here to drop it at this shop. It was the weekend and options were limited. I was passing through driving across the country with my wife and dogs going to visit our family. My guess was a timing chain tensioner went out and after a $118 diagnostic fee they agreed with this issue. Of course when you’re in these situations you really hope people do the right thing. I was quoted $4,300 out the door for parts and labor. The Nissan dealership down the road quoted me $3,100 out the door. This job actually cost me $1000 last year back home for a new timing chain kit and water pump replacement. I was quoted $1500-1700 for the same job from a fella down the street who was much more straight forward about the issue and is working to find the root cause issue. I want to share this experience for anyone who may be in a similar situation. Be careful with who you select cause it truly could cost you. I’m sure they do great work but it’s absolute garbage they will gouge you when options are limited. Be better.

Take my truck here whenever it needs work. Albeit a tad bit pricey, they do a great job. I feel assured after every appointment that it was done right and is safe.

Took over a week to run this test totally unprofessional. Walked in the business all the employees were in the front just laughing not working on any cars. Will never receive my business ever again. Id rather die than go to Honest-1 ever again in my life.

They were nice and knowledgeable. Got my car back on time and so far so good. Shuttle service to and from was a very nice perk.

Do yourself a favor… MAKE THIS YOUR GO-TO SHOP!! This place works absolute miracles and is a Tennessee TREASURE as compared to the many other shops I’ve taken my business to in the past. The staff is Grade-A, the customer service and concern for those choosing to do business with them is genuine and they never once made me feel like I couldn’t trust what they were saying. If I were to detail my entire experience no one would ever read the review but just know, you won’t find another shop like this anywhere in the area, or likely the state. Don’t waste your money anywhere else, these are the good guys!

Always a great job and friendly

Single ladies.... Listen up! We have found the best place to take our vehicle to be serviced. I went in for brakes and rotors all the way around. Imagine my surprise when they said "Ma'am you do not need brakes!" They could have said they changed them and didn't or just did the service without telling me I didn't need to them. This is the kind of honesty that you just can't find these days. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I have found the only place that will service my vehicle from now on.
