I though the facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly, greeted me when I walked in while helping another customer. I enjoyed the wifi and refreshments. The only hiccup was that I had anticipated spending 24.95 +tax for an oil change based on the coupon I brought in. At payment time I was charged $43 and it was explained to me that it was because of extra oil and expenses, despite the coupon saying "for cars and light trucks," which I consider my Dodge Ram 1500. $43 is not unreasonable for an oil change, so I didn't make an issue of it, but I did leave feeling like the coupon was a bit misleading. In the future, you should make it clear at the beginning why the cost will be more than expected, so there isn't sticker shock at the end. It would have felt better to address it upfront.
Hi Anonymous- We really appreciate your kind words. I'm sorry for the confusion about your oil change coupon. Most likely we collected that coupon at the time of the sale. We have worked very hard to make sure the extra costs are spelled out in our advertising. If we have missed something, I really want to correct that. If you could send me an e-mail privately to let me know who you are, that would be great. I want to make sure there is no future confusion. We try to make sure all of our coupons state that it includes a new oil filter, labor, and up to 5 quarts of oil (some vehicles require more than 5 quarts which is extra), and taxes, fees, and shop supplies are not included in the cost.
