I dropped in without an appointment on a Saturday morning. I was seen promptly and was on my way in about 30 minutes. I found their waiting was very clean and pleasant to wait in. This is the second car I have brought in for service.

The staff at Honest-1 was awesome to work with. They were swift in diagnosing my cars issue. It felt as if I had taken my car to a close personal friend.

Very nice people! I went for a tire rotate and balance. They did a great job. They did not leave dirty finger prints on everything, which I have had in the past at other places. I will go back again and refer them to my friends.

First and foremost, I want to thank the employees of Honest-1! They provide outstanding service that is thorough and consistent. My experience started when a friend mentioned Honest-1. My check engine light was on for more than two months and my front brakes needed to be changed badly. I called Honest-1 and explained my predicament to nice fellow who encouraged me to come so they could take a look the car. I went in and was greeted and promptly assisted by a nice lady. After my car was inspected and she explained to me what needed to be done, I made an appointment. Later that week I stopped by again to work on the car. Thankfully they offer a free shuttle service, which I took advantage of. However, their waiting area is clean and well stocked with beverages and snacks if you are willing to wait. After being shuttled back and forth, my car was ready and they sent me on marry way. Tragic struck when my engine light returned the next day, again, I went to Honest-1, and they took care of me. They fixed the problem for good! Overall, my whole experience was impeccable. Their hospitality, warmth, knowledge, and honesty is amazing. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone need their car serviced! We need more businesses like this!

This is the auto shop I'm sticking with. Everyone has been so polite when I've taken my car and you can't beat their prices unless you want to do it yourself. And I love their shuttle service so you don't have to sit there and wait or take a taxi. They are very good about communicating with you the whole time your cat is being serviced and they'll let you know if they find any other problems with your vehicle.
