Excellent service! I keep waiting for the "but", but there isn't one. They caught issues that the dealership missed! They also only advise of services that MUST be done, not what's going to keep the money flowing. They completely understand auto care on a budget and prioritize your services. The staff is friendly and their building is cushy and clean. I will ALWAYS go to them before exercising my manufacturers warranty; I know they'll tell me the truth. I arrived on a Saturday morning, first thing. I assume there was a car they were still working on, because there was already one in the bay. There was one other car besides mine. It took about 45 mins. I was greeted and let right in by the keyholder/manager on duty?. He was very nice and helpful. He even offered to turn on the tv, but it was being difficult that day. I went to get my oil change, my car needed it, and I also had an airbag light on. They were able to check that, free of charge, and mentioned that it could be a sensor or wiring under the seat. ( I have to adjust the seat due to my height.) I agreed. I would have liked to have been out a bit sooner, but overall my experience was great and I would go back.

I have full faith in the mechanic side of things, they fixed my car well and I haven't seen a problem since. I waited at home, and opted to take the shuttle service to the store when the car was done (which is a great service to offer!). However, because I wasn't sitting in the store waiting, a few other customers passed me in the line, and what was supposed to be a 2 hour fix ended up taking a full day. Like I said, the mechanical issue was sorted out, but with a wait time that kept being extended throughout the day.

Marcus was courteous. Service was quick and efficient. However, they did not top off the windshield washer fluid as part of the "check and top off fluid levels" inspection.

Just got my oil changed for the first time by this company and their customer service is phenomenal! Big thank you to Jackie for being so helpful and knowledgeable about the future tune ups I will need.
