I dropped my truck off with them to have suspension work done and their service rider Matt was very helpful and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and the truck handles much better now. They are reasonably priced, honest, and they do good work. I will be back for any future repairs, and would highly recommend them.

My car overheated and had to be towed after closing. Although appointments were about two weeks out, they did a diagnostics and text me the info within 2 days. Had to have a new water pump and needed a tune up also. ( The car had been missing so I knew it did need a tune up) In another 2 days it was ready! I was very grateful they got my car worked in. I have used them several times before and they have always been great. They are good, honest, christian people and I highly recommend.

First time here and was recommended by my daughter . I had a serious oil leak and they replaced all the lines and replaced oil filter and new oil put in . Also told me I had a another problem that needs to be addressed and asked them about another issue I had . Gave me a estimate on the one and they showed me a picture of the old oil lines coming from Illinois it doesn't surprise me that they were that bad . They were so nice and gave me a senior discount . As soon as I get the money to get the other things fixed they will be the first and only ones to do the job. I have only moved down a little over a year now so it's nice to fine good mechanics that are trusted.

Professional and honest very happy with the job they done on my car

I know a lot of people, including me, are skeptical about whether or not mechanics are being shady and trying to take advantage of you...especially if you're a woman or maybe don't know much about vehicles. The guys at Honest-1are straight forward and spell out any issues you might have with your vehicle..in language you can understand. We have a few issues on our high-mileage van, and they talked with us about prioritizing what things need to be fixed now, and which ones we can wait a bit longer to fix. That's important to me because we don't have the money to fix everything right now, but I can save and plan for fixing the other things. Sadly, they also pointed out that some of the things could've and SHOULD'VE been noticed/mentioned/addressed when they were a less expensive problem and easier to fix....a few things other "trustworthy" places in town have failed to mention in the last few MONTHS while we've been trying to figure out why some keep happening. Definitely trust Honest-1 and definitely will be addressing these overlooked issues with the management of other establishments in town.

The most unprofessional and shady mechanic in Clarksville. My buddy asked them to save all old parts that were replaced and they only saved a spark plug. When they were confronted with doing shady work they immediately started to offer to pay back money to fix the situation. They lied to my buddy and said his whole distributor needed to be replaced when it was only a sensor that needed to be replaced. The sensor can be taken out independently but the great mechanics at Honest-1 decided to lie to my buddy and insisted that the whole distributor assembly needed to be replaced. (Not true at all, only the sensor needed to be swapped out). They also completed work without prior authorization from my friend as well and made him still pay for the work. Avoid here at all costs.

Got us in we were out of town first thing in the morning. Super nice guys. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable.
