I needed brakes for my car. They were honest in telling me that I only needed my rear brakes done. Very courtesy and polite. I would recommend them very highly to friends and family. Oh yeah, they give military discount too. 😁

After a very poor experience at a dealership here in Clarksville, I purchased tires from a tire store who recommended Honest-1 for a wheel alignment. They got us right in, even had a coupon on the website to use and most important, they were HONEST... after the dealership refused to warranty my tires because of "alignment" issues (even though they did an alignment when I bought the tires) I wanted to have my vehicle aligned and they provided a computer print out showing the "before and after" alignment. Turns out the dealership just wanted out of a warranty issue and lost a customer forever, while Honest-1 has gained a lifetime customer for any issue I have from here out. I appreciate their honesty, their speed of service, the value for the money and the bag of animal crackers in my console is still making me smile today! Thank you for being "different" than all the rest and thank you for providing quality service at a fair price.

Were amazing! Very transparent on pricing and accommodating. And when it took longer than expected even shuttled me back to my home. 10/10 would recommend!
