First time that I have ever used Honest 1. I will have to say, I am very, very impressed. Tim & Wayne & all their crew did a fantastic job. Especially considering how extremely busy they we're. Tim went above & beyond. We had scheduled my appointment for a different day. When I asked Tim if it would be okay if I drove for a couple more days until my oil change appt, his response was it should be ok, but let me take a quick look. Well, while it wasn't "life" threatening to my vehicle, after he checked my oil, he decided that it'd be best if I did it then. Now that folks is true Customer service. A lost art in today's world. They are not the cheapest, but they are not expensive either. You def get what you pay for. They are worth it. Will def be back.

They changed my oil within 30 minutes and were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm new to Tennessee and needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I was pleasantly surprised from my initial phone call to them all the way through. Very professional and caring gentleman working the front desk. The mechanics were awesome , even left me a little thank you card in my car when I got it back. I would absolutely recommend this business!!!

The whole experience was great! Will initially explained what and how the service to our truck (HVAC actuator) was going to entail... and the best part was that they actually had the part available! And of course the service charges were extremely reasonable! Great customer care and service overall. A very refreshing thing is I think they are Christian based or something? At the completion of their work they left a bag of pretzels with a card and Bible verse (they used it to back up the work commitment and ethics) which I thought was really cool. Definitely going back again and recommending to friends and family!

Very clean, workers were very welcoming and professional. Treated me with honesty. If I lived In Clarksville I would you them all the time. I highly recommend them. And, they even give you free drinks and snacks while you wait.
