Very nice people but waited 1 hour 15 minutes for my oil change. appointment was at 9 car didn't even get taken back till 10.

Great customer service here even when they were swamped. I called at 0915 with no appointment for an alignment. They mentioned they had an appointment at 1030 and I relayed that I needed it ASAP. They told me to come on in and that they had one on the rack and they’d get me in next. Long story short, I was out of there out of there by 1030 which was important as I had a newborn with me. We’re very courteous and concise. The only drawback I would add is their price quote for an engine air filter was 200% of the price it is to buy it myself. With that being said, however, they did perform a free and unsolicited inspection for which I am grateful. I will also say that mark ups are, industry wide, necessary for routine maintenance that takes little or no labor to complete. However, 200% seems excessive. Of course, I do not know what they are paying for their air filters so the actual markup may, in fact, be less.

We have a 2005 Pacifica and trying to squeeze a little more life out of it as we cannot afford a new vehicle at this time. It needs several maintenance repairs, and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to afford it. We were surprised at the affordable quotes, and now we have a repair plan in front of us to do what is most needed first. I have to admit I really liked the Skittle dispenser, pretzels and drinks as well! Not to mention the "surprise" in the car after the oil change. I won't tell you what it is, you'll have to find out for yourselves!

Friendly staff & oil change took a little less than 30 minutes. We will definitely use them again.

Fast, reasonably-priced, honest service (I needed my tires aligned), with clear and comprehensive explanations of what was done. I've found my new Clarksville car mechanic, for sure. (Also, their waiting room was clean and comfortable--a pleasant surprise, for sure.)

Excellent service. Staff didnt try to sell me new brakes which it turned out I didn't need. All work was done in timely professional manner and the staff were kind and friendly. I will return to Honest-1 for all my future vehicle needs.
