Honest-1 has worked with me re: issues with my high-mileage 2004 Pontiac Grand AM. The technicians showed me the issues that needed to be addressed and then Jackie let me know of the costs upfront. I also appreciate that they took care of the immediate needs and let me know what could be put off for a little bit so I could schedule them to fit into my budget. And Honest-1's costs are very reasonable!!!!
