Our van broke down at 2 a.m. while passing thru TN on the way to see family...2 toddlers, a dog, and tons of luggage...the makings for an awful experience. Luckily we were towed to Honest 1. The owners and other staff treated us like family while we were stranded away from home. Their customer service is superior and I have no complaints with any repairs performed. They would easily become my trusted repair store of choice if we ever happen to settle down in the Clarksville area.

Fast and affordable service. With a warranty on all their work. It was the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop.

HONEST ONE came thru for me again. I knew something wasn't right with my car's front end and was expecting to have to pay more to get it fixed. Thank Heavens I called HONEST ONE for their input and found out it was covered under warranty!!! YES!!!! Now my 2004 Pontiac Grand Am is driving better than ever!!!! Thanks again for being honest, HONEST ONE AUTO CARE!!

2nd trip to Honest Auto is even better than the first trip. Problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed by senior mechanic (John) in the parking lot. Price was more than fair. I will always check with Honest Auto first, before I go anywhere else.

I was getting an oil change and new brakes. They were very kind and even showed me the worn out disc brake pads that needed to be replaced. The courtesy shuttle was nice because they took me home and brought me back when my car was ready. I didn't give a full 5 stars because it did take a really long time. Maybe because they were busy, but I arrived at 8am, they took my car in at 8:30am and I didn't get it back till almost 4pm. Overall tho, I was satisfied and will be going back for future service.

Luv them!! They are always friendly and speedy. Luv that I can make an appt! Get in and Go!! And they always leave me a snack when I get in my truck! Makes me smile every time!!
