Clarksville Auto Repair

I left 4 stars because no work was done. I called for a quote on having an alternator replaced, but found out the shop does a quote after the diagnostic is complete (which I understand) so I took the vehicle down there. Once the diagnostics test was done, I was informed that the quote was going to be $1200, which even surprised the rep I was speaking with. Due to the unexpected price, I was not charged for the diagnostic test. The sales rep was honest and straight forward with me without any sales pressure.

Staff was wonderful. Great experience an will definitely be returning.

I appreciate them working me in on the spur of the moment for an oil change and inspection. I can't often anticipate when I have some spare time and this is a big "plus".

Was on the road traveling. 4 hours from home. Air conditioner stopped working. Saw Honest 1 shop in Clarkville, KY. Pulled in. Explained situation. Had limited time due to commitment to be at a conference. I was the speaker. Staff was professional. Sensitive to my situation. They immediately went to work on my air conditioner. Did the evaluation test. Put refrigerant back in the unit. I was on my way within a very short period of time. The price was fair. Very pleased with the service and the work.

I took a family member's car in for a routine oil change. Thirty minutes later, I was on my way. Staff was very polite, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and best of all, the service was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

Will was who we dealt with the most and he was incredibly honest about the damage within our vehicle that we had no clue about, he actually didn't even reccomend getting all of the work done there because it was more than what the vehicle would be worth. We appreciated his patience as we figured out a new vehicle plan and they were so understanding of the time we needed. Great company!
