I dropped into this awesome business the other day when my tire was going flat. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it because it had a split in it.. But they did get my spare put on for me until I could replace the tire. They were pretty busy but still got me in and out and back on my way pretty quickly between the other scheduled appointments!! And the gentlemen at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! All the employees were very friendly but he just seemed to try real hard to make you feel comfortable. I love a place that still has good old fashioned customer service with a smile! They also had plenty of coffe, sodas and snacks on hand just in case you did have to wait for a bit. But my favorite part of the whole visit was getting back into my car and finding the bible verse they left for me along with my paperwork and some popcorn. I know some people in this day and age may not appreciate it.. But I definitely did! I immediately looked up the verse right in the parking lot. Throughout the course of the day.. I went on to see that same exact bible verse 3 more times...When I don't know if I ever saw it once before. I love God winks! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to deal with a professional and Christian business. Thank you so much for your assistance! This military wife is back on the road safely until my husband returns home from training!!

I am so impressed with the outstanding customer service! Everyone was kind and helpful. It was so nice as a woman to walk in and NOT feel as though i were abt to be taken advantage of or ripped off. I had an oil change change done and was in and out fast. This place is clean and inviting while you wait for your car. When i was done and got to my car they left me a bag of chips with a referral card on my passenger seat. That gesture meant so much to me and made my day. I thank yall for the scripture...i needed that!. These are people that really get good customer service and that kindness goes a long way. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car needs!

Great job fixing my car. Everyone was so sweet. I believe I have found a new place to take my car! My brother used to be my mechanic but his health is now failing him. It's been hard to find someone who doesn't want to rip you off....thank goodness for WAY FM!you guys ROCK!!!!

I left 4 stars because no work was done. I called for a quote on having an alternator replaced, but found out the shop does a quote after the diagnostic is complete (which I understand) so I took the vehicle down there. Once the diagnostics test was done, I was informed that the quote was going to be $1200, which even surprised the rep I was speaking with. Due to the unexpected price, I was not charged for the diagnostic test. The sales rep was honest and straight forward with me without any sales pressure.
