I am always happy with the service I receive at Honest 1. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I can call and ask questions and they take time to talk to me and put my mind to rest. I can usually get my truck in within 24 hours of calling with a problem. I won't take my truck to any one else.

As always my experience with Honest 1 was amazing. I won't trust my truck to any one else.

This was my first time using Honest 1's services. The staff was very friendly and explained things to me very well, and even offered to pack up certain car parts so I could show my husband since he is away. I declined, but at least they offered! My only complaint would be that the child play space they had was entirely too small. There were 4 kids trying to use the play space at one point during our wait. It was definitely a pleasant surprise to see a child's area at all, and had it been only us, that would have been perfect. They certainly have the space to expand it. They had complimentary snacks and drinks, and not gross, stale things either. The facility was very clean and well kept. Would definitely be back but unfortunately we are moving. Wish I had discovered them earlier in our time in Clarksville.

Have to say this was a unique experience with an auto repair shop. First time having repairs done here. They are quite knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems that you are having. Will be a returning customer if need be.
