Clarksville Auto Repair

Was very disappointed when I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment that I made several days prior, then after a 15-20 minute wait was told they wouldn't be able to look at it (after telling me over the phone when I brought it in, they would have plenty of time for it), but I could leave it and they may be able to get to it the next day. Replied with give me my keys, I can't leave it. That was the whole point in making the appointment, to have a time slot to have my car looked at. Wasn't an appointment for repairs, just to run the codes and diagnosis it.

Truly nice and always have been

I went there to help out a friend she had questions about pricing and everything that was going on upon my arrival I saw outstanding customer service and when I read the paperwork it was clear that they had broken down ever single thing that will be needed and the priority of what was needed. They also included a snack and a Bible verse for the trip home. The mysterious one armed man who will remain anonymous had great work ethic and customer service skills even held open the door for his clients. I personally have yet to use their services but I was greatly impressed with their work ethic and their customer service. Great job! 10/10 from an observation perspective.

And that, matter! And as I checked on the car after i got it home, the have gifted with a bag of chips with a little note their signature and a message from God, - “I am the way, the truth, and the life.
