As noted on our $19.95 oil change coupon, this price includes 5 qts of oil and your vehicle required 7 qts, and it also notes that taxes, waste oil fees, etc are extra. Our service advisers are required to notify all customers of the amount of the charges before any work is done. If this was not done, please let us know and we will make it right. Also, you have been in to our shop previously and paid approx. the same price for an oil change due to needing more oil, so the price should not have been a surprise. We apologize for taking longer than you had planned, but we try to do a thorough inspection so we can notify you of any issues you need to be aware of. We appreciate your feedback as we do want to do all we can to satisfy our customers. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we caused, and would like the opportunity to make it right.
